Douglas provides detailed and personalized lessons for non-native speakers of English. The tips I have learned from his lessons are very helpful for improving my English proficiency. It is difficult to find a good teacher for one-on-one lessons, but Mr. Douglas was a very good teacher. He accurately grasped my weak points at the initial hearing, and set up a tailor-made curriculum according to my objectives. Douglas-sensei has learned Japanese, so he understands the points where Japanese people stumble.

He taught me pronunciation correction, conversational fluency, listening comprehension, and grammar. He also looked up vocabulary, example sentences, videos, columns, etc. that I needed for my job and used them in class and for homework.
